Checks for every staff member
BVN and NIN
We check your Bank Verification Number and National Identification Number with Korapay, our identity-verification provider, to confirm they match the name and details you gave.
Selfie and ID match
You upload a clear selfie. Our team compares it with your ID, with help from an AI tool, before approving your profile.
Address
You upload a recent document showing your address, such as a utility bill, and our team reviews it.
Two guarantors
You invite two guarantors from the app. Each one receives an email link and confirms their details and their relationship to you online.

Checks for employers
Identity
Employers verify their identity with BVN and NIN before they can hire, so staff know who they will be working for.
Businesses
Business accounts also provide their CAC registration number, which our team reviews.
