Step by step

For employers

  1. Create your account

    Sign up as a household or a business and verify your identity with your BVN and NIN. Businesses also give their CAC registration number.

  2. Choose a plan and post a job

    Describe the role, location and hours, and say whether the job is live-in or live-out. The monthly salary must be at least ₦85,000 for a live-in job, with accommodation and feeding, or ₦120,000 for a live-out job.

  3. Review verified applicants

    Everyone who applies has passed our identity, address and guarantor checks. Message and interview them in the app.

  4. Hire and pay salaries

    Pay your staff's salary from your wallet straight to theirs, with a record of every payment.

  1. Sign up

    Add your skills, experience and the areas where you can work.

  2. Get verified

    Submit your BVN and NIN, an address document and a selfie, and invite two guarantors to confirm online. Verification is a one-time fee.

  3. Apply for jobs

    Apply to jobs from verified employers and answer their messages in the app. Choose Premium Staff to be seen first and matched faster.

  4. Get paid

    Your salary is paid straight to your 9PSB wallet, with a record of every payment.
